Research has shown that people with Epilepsy have memory issues and seizures can even cause amnesia.
For fun we also had an epilepsy facts trivia quiz.
We learned techniques to remember new people , and numbers . This especially since you might want to remember a credit card password, an important date like your doctors appointment, or for a question on an exam. One member had a sever case of test anxiety and I let her know about my video of short relaxed concentration techniques " Zen of ADD ADHD" ; and " Being In Control: Natural Solutions for ADHD , Dyslexia, and Test Anxiety".
